Job Title: Supervisor - Well Services

Position Description
To coordinate the safe execution of well services Operations on the offshore/onshore assets adopting effective planning, monitoring and control of work processes using requisite project management tools consistent with industry best practices, international standards and company policies.

Position Requirements
Job Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Work with WSA to establish well services requirements and draw up plans (quarterly and annually) for the execution of well services activities. Develop annual well services budgets to reflect plans. Manage contracts to meet approved company goals and targets.
• As focal point for the 2012 SEWOP Campaign; Ensure good project planning, interfaces, control and monitoring, work execution and close- outs using international project management tools
• Ensure contracts are available for all well services planned activities, purchase orders issued for spares and sundry items and that they have requisite budget cover.
• Work with the Well services advisor, production and asset management teams to diagnose well problems, develop remedial measures and coordinate execution of wireline, coiled tubing and wellhead maintenance activities.
• Work with the Well services advisor and other team members to ensure that contractor's equipment, personnel and services meet approved contractual and HSE requirements
• Ensure accurate and updated well files are kept in the S-drive and on the shelves. (well services documents, well status updates etc)

Key Performance Indicators/Performance Goals

• Compliance by workforce to HSE guidelines on wells/facilities.
• Ensure Activities are properly planned, executed, monitored, controlled and closed out (Effective coordination of well services activities).
• Scheduled vs completion times
• Ensure availability of spares and relevant equipment to execute planned work
• Ensure availability of budgets and contracts in line with requirements and plans.

Job Specifications:

• At least Bsc/B-Eng in Engineering discipline and training in completion, workover, well intervention and project management.

PMP Certification, Well Control Certification

• 10 years in Well Services Operations.
• 35 years and above

Key Competencies Requirements:

• A good knowledge of Well Head Maintenance, wire line and coiled tubing operations
• Good written and spoken English and Computer Literacy.
• Appreciable knowledge of budgeting, contracting and procurement requirements for minor and major services.
• Supervisory, presentation skills and ability to develop staff.
• Good man Management and organisational skills are essential.
